You will have use of a large kitchen with two gas cooker and sink stations, fridge freezers, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and plenty of cupboards space. There is also a stunning dining table and breakfast bar plus a separate laundry room. You will also have use of the lounge area where you will find multiple seating and a smart TV!!
All crockery and cooking equipment is included and the communal areas are cleaned weekly by Ox Living! You will have access to the rear garden where there is also secure bicycle storage for 9 bicycles. Driveaway parking available for 6 cars plus on-street parking with no permit required.

All rooms come fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, shelving, a lamp and bedside table. You will also have your own private brand new en-suite bathroom. ALL bills included no hidden fees!!

NO DEPOSIT OPTION💰
We now offer a no deposit option, minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. You can still opt to pay the traditional deposit which is equivalent to 1-months rent.
