- Use of washing machine: 2 loads maximum per week

- Cleaner once a week, to clean all the house including bedrooms. She will also change bedding weekly. We do not provide towels, duvet or bed sheets. As the mattress is ours we ask lodgers to wash bed sheets weekly. Towels too.
