Room to rent near train station

Hello everyone, we are looking for a new roommate in our wonderful house! We are a group of 5 working professionals (4 Spanish, 1 British) working in different fields from Architecture, Finance, Pharmaceuticals and Hospitality. We’re an active group that like to cook and are generally tidy. The house is located in a quiet and clean area next to the train station. The room to rent comes with a double bed, a desk, two wardrobes and a chest of drawers, and has large dual-aspect windows. The bathroom is shared with two other people. Preferably looking for someone who’s a non-smoker and not too noisy. If this sounds like it might suit you please contact me. The rent is £435 plus bills coming to approximately £550 in total.
