This is a lovely light-filled Victorian cottage in the canal-side area of New Osney - this is identical to the Jericho area - in the city centre, just 5 minutes from Carfax, train & bus station, so close to University departments & libraries. Close to canal and countryside of Port Meadow & Hinskey for country walks, traditional English pubs, exercise/jogging.

The house has a suntrap garden, lots of seating and secure bike locking via a rear garden gate. Fully furnished with Ikea furniture, wooden floors, carpets. There are three double bedrooms with windows letting in natural sunlight. The beds are double 'firm' Ikea mattresses. Each bedroom has a study-table, chair, wardrobe, bedside table, bookshelves (all Ikea). The kitchen has a large sunlit window overlooking the garden with fridge-freezer, electric oven & ceramic hob, washing machine. The open-plan lounge-diner opens onto the garden with patio doors.
