The ground floor comprises of 1 large bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/living space with access to the rear garden.

The kitchen is brand new with a large double fridge and allocated cupboard per room. There is a washing machine and separate tumble dryer. The first floor has 4 bedrooms and a bathroom with rainfall shower.

The Rooms

Each bedroom comes full furnished with a brand new bed, mattress & wardrobe. A desk /chair or other items can be provided free of charge upon request.

The front door and each bedroom feature a smart lock that can be operated via a mobile phone/key code/fob or smart phone device (model specific).

Unfortunately due to licensing requirements we are unable to accept couples at this property or DSS application applicants but we do have other properties that might be more suitable.

We are flexible on our lease terms but we are not able to provide a tenancy shorter than 6 months.

We offer a no deposit option, Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent
