Very modern ensuite double room close to centre

We have an ensuite loft room in our fully renovated house in West Oxford (10 min walk from train station) available in 2025 - preferably for 1-3 months but can be flexible with the right person.

The house is shared with a couple and our dog - being comfortable with a dog around the house is a must though he has no access to the rented floor. We are both professionals and work a mix from home and at the office. We are quiet, easy going and enjoy hosting people from around the world. We are german and dutch and have been living in the UK for +10 years.

The rent for the room is £1000 per month, with all bills included and we also have a cleaner once a week. The house comes with a really high standard which is hard to find on the rental market - fully renovated, modern, spacious rooms, excellent water pressure for enjoyable showers, modern kitchen, big patio and garden. We are 5-10 min walk to the train station and city centre.
