Peaceful House, Osney Island

Hello,

I'm looking for one housemates starting from September onwards. The house is relaxed and tranquil, and I am hoping to find peaceful professionals.

This is a cozy terraced house on a quiet cul-de-sac. There are three bedrooms with slightly different rents based on size.

Middle-sized room: Comes with a wardrobe, and a few shelves. It has a sliding window with a garden/river view.

There is one shared bathroom with a shower/bath. Downstairs, there’s a big sitting room/dining area and a lovely kitchen that gets all the morning light. The house also has a little patio where we grow some flowers, which ends at the river. You can enjoy watching the swan and duck antics with your morning coffee.

The property - -
Great location: 5 mins walk from the train station, 15 mins walk from town. Close to Waitrose, Aldi, and a mini Sainsbury’s. There’s a great pub just around the corner.
This is an ideal location if you enjoy the outdoors. In addition to our garden, there’s a lovely big park around the corner, and you can be on the river path within a few minutes. There’s space to chain up a bike out front.

Bills come to about £200 each a month (council tax, internet, electricity, and gas).

The household - -
I am Bea. I'm tidy and quiet but love nice chats. I enjoy nature and yoga, literature, and music.
I run a mostly vegetarian household (though I occasionally have some meat). I also try to be eco-friendly where possible (e. g., using eco-friendly cleaning products, recycling, and composting everything we can), so it would be great if you have a similar mindset.

Professionals over 35 preferred. This house would ideally suit sociable professional, visiting professor or post-grad with access to office or college facilities, also wishing to study a bit in bedroom in the evening.

No TV and no TV licence
