Seeking a friendly postgrad to join our new 4-bedroom terraced house in New Osney. We are 3 PhD students at the University of Oxford. We’re a friendly and sociable house and would ideally like someone who is up for getting to know their housemates. We often do things together in the evenings and at weekends: gaming (Switch), watching films, cooking/dinners, going for walks or heading to the pub - but there’s no pressure to join in. We are looking for another student for council tax reasons.

The property has a shared living room, recently refurbed kitchen and bathroom. Enclosed garden space at back and permit street parking out front.

We are an 8 min walk from the train station and the nearest supermarkets are Waitrose (5 min) and Aldi (14 min).
