Both rooms are light, large and airy with new modern furniture including double bed, large wardrobes, desks and various additional extras depending on the room. One room has super high ceilings and huge wardrobes, the other a lovely aspect across Oxford. Both offer comfortable privacy. The maximum bathroom share is 2 people.

The communal areas are well furnished and equipped to meet the needs of busy lifestyles but with space to socialise together inside and outside.

Car parking available, plus bike parking. On bus route to Oxford City Centre. easy access to ring road.

Rent includes all bills including cleaning services, gardening, superfast wifi and Virgin TV.

If anything breaks or needs fixing, we’ll take care of it at no charge (provided that it isn’t damage caused by misuse).

Deposit protected with DPS, Accredited Landlord, No Tenancy agreement and check in Fee. Lost key replacement at cost + £50 admin fee. Normal late payment charges.
