Nice single room in house near centre - short let

Short let only.
Nice room in family house within walking distance of the High Street and university colleges. Would suit student coming short-term. We are used to having lodgers who cook for themselves but we are sociable. We are a couple with 2 grown offspring, 1 postgrad lodger.

The house is also close to the river (good for runs) and a park with free tennis courts.

The house has all usual facilities including good Broadband, washing machine and dryer, etc.
The rent includes helping yourself to food basics such as milk (delivered), tea, and cooking basics such as oil and herbs. We like people to feel part of the household, while respecting your need for privacy.
