Nice room in family house close to centre

Nice room in family house within walking distance of the High Street and university colleges. Would suit student coming short-term or up to 3 months. We are used to having lodgers who cook for themselves but we are sociable. We are a couple with 2 grown offspring.

The house is also close to the river, a park with free tennis courts and an outdoor pool - lovely in summer.

The house has all usual facilities including good Broadband, washing machine and dryer, etc.

We have a piano and guitars that you are welcome to use, but it is generally quite a quiet house.

The rent includes helping yourself to food basics such as milk (delivered), tea, and cooking basics such as oil and herbs. We like people to feel part of the household, while respecting your need for privacy.
