Frequent buses and easy access on foot or cycle to city centre, station, both universities and hospitals and coaches to London.
Parking on road outside with residents' parking permit.

Room contains single bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk, shelves, bedside light and easy chair.
Well equipped kitchen-dining room also contains easy chairs and includes washing machine, dryer, freezer, iron, and other electrical cooking equipment.
