Bus and lively Cowley Road and shops 2 minutes, easy access on foot, bus or cycle to city centre, both universities and hospitals.
Parking on road outside with Residents' Parking Permit from Council.
Room contains single bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk, shelves and easy chair. 
Council tax, wi-fi, bills and clean linen included.
Seeking quiet, non-smoker (& non-vaper), *Monday to Friday* only, (Sunday night to Thursday night considered if better fit). Occasional weekends by arrangement. Would suit someone with job in Oxford and home too distant to commute daily.
