Double room to rent in family home

We have a single furnished room available to rent.

I an 36 i have 3 daughters 10 years, 7 years and 6 years. All children are well behaved.

We also have a kitten, she is not allowed to roam the house and never goes upstairs.

Ideally we would like a female of any age, who understands family life so isnt shocked with the hustle and bustle of it all. Although the children are well behaved, away most of the day and in bed by 7.30 pm every evening.

We take pride in our home, even though we are busy with family life i like to keep the house clean and tidy and expect others to do the same, it is a terraced house that has been extended and is modern. We offer a fully furnished room consisting of a double bed and double drawers and a ganging rail.
