Flatmate (preferably female, post-grad or in permanent employment) wanted to take over a room in a furnished shared flat in central Oxford, starting from the beginning of March 2019 (or, if convenient, as early as 26 February). The apartment is comfortable and clean, having been recently renovated by the agency. It consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living/dining area, and a kitchen. It includes a washing machine /dryer, as well as a dishwasher. The living area contains high quality furniture, including a sofa, couch, coffee table, and dining room table with four chairs. The apartment is on the ground floor, overlooking the inner courtyard of a closed complex, with large windows allowing light into the apartment. The location is super convenient, being 5 minutes away from both Oxford Train Station and Gloucester Green bus station, as well as Westgate Shopping Mall (the High Street is only a couple of minutes further from Westgate). The surrounding area is very pleasant and upmarket. The tenant would be sharing with a friendly and easy-going female flatmate, who works in Oxford.
Visits to the apartment can be made after 6pm on weekdays, or on the weekend.
