I am looking for someone to take over my double room in OX1 area from the period July 15, 2019. The lease to the apartment expires September 19, 2019 and I would prefer someone to take the place till then as I'm graduating and would be moving out of Oxford.
It is in a 2 bedroom apartment, with a bathroom, kitchen, storage room, a beautiful (and huge!) living room and with access to the garden. You'd be sharing the apartment with a female second year DPhil in Biochemistry.
The building is right next to the Westgate mall, what makes it the perfect location. Less than 10 minutes walking to the train and bus stations.
The flat is also equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven etc. and has a good wifi.
