There is a modern fitted kitchen with all appliances including a washing machine and dryer, two fridge freezers, with plenty of cupboard space and dining table and chairs. All crockery and cooking equipment is supplied and the communal areas are cleaned fortnightly by Ox Living. There are 2 shared bathrooms in the property and you will have access to the rear garden. There is also bicycle storage, additional storage and parking for 3 cars on the driveway. Additional permit parking available on the street.

The rooms come fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside cabinet. ALL bills included no hidden fees!!

NO DEPOSIT OPTION 💰
We now offer a no deposit option, minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. You can still opt to pay the traditional deposit which is equivalent to 1-months rent.
