ALL of our properties are inclusive of bills. This means that your council tax, water rates, gas, electric, Wi-Fi, TV licence, and even the cleaners and gardeners are included in your rent. We don’t have coin meters or any caps, we just ask that you please be reasonable with usage.

NO DEPOSIT OPTION 💰
We now offer a no deposit option (Reposit) minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. Situated in an area to the east of central Oxford, this home is conveniently located about 2.8 miles from Oxford Station and 4.6 miles from M40 motorway junction 8A. There is a Little Waitrose approximately a mile from the property, and there is also a Tesco Express (around a mile away), a Waitrose (just over 1 mile away) and a Tesco supermarket (1.4 miles away) within easy reach.

There are 2 hospitals within walking distance - Churchill Hospital is around 0.5 miles away (10 min walk) and John Radcliffe Hospital is about 1.3 miles away (28 min walk).
