(ideally a young professional) from mid-September!

The property is very conveniently located: a 30 second walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk from the city centre. The room is a double ensuite - rent is £660pcm, bills are £90pcm (including council tax. There is a lovely garden to store bicycles and parking is also available. The lease is from September 2019 to September 2020.

We're two young female professionals who are clean, friendly and sociable! We're looking for a tenant who wants a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
