Sandford on Thames is a lovely village close to the Science Park and Business Park in Cowley, Oxford and just 4 miles from the City Centre and University.
The house is a short walk to the river Thames, with a beautiful lock, and a river- side pub just a thort walk away.
The village also has another pub and a hotel which has a pool and gym, open to the public. There is a great cycle track which leads all the way into town along side the river. The village has an award winning village hall /community cafe /shop which is a great place to visit for a home made lunch and work from with a laptop and offers activities in the evening.
Also a short walk or drive away, an easily accessible supermarket in Heyford Hill. This house is ideally located for the Science Park and Littlemore Hospital (both within walking distance) and is just 4 miles from the city centre, served by a bus which goes from the Science Park to town via the house!
