Single room available in quiet city centre flat

I am currently renting the whole flat and am looking for someone to rent the other bedroom from mid December until late June/early July.
The flat is in an excellent location; a few minutes walk from both the city centre and train station whilst still being in a quiet area of Oxford.
The room is furnished with a single bed, drawers and a built-in wardrobe, and the flat has one bathroom, a kitchen (fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave) and a shared living room.
The flat has WiFi and parking is available but you would need to pay for this separately.
I am a 25 year old professional athlete and coach so would be looking for a mature housemate who would not be too noisy. I don’t smoke or have any pets.
