The house fits 3-4 people comfortably - there is one bathroom, a small-sized kitchen, and a separate living room. There's also a garden that has a covered shed/bike rack in it, with an outdoor seating area that's really nice in the summer.

The house is conveniently located on a quiet street in Marston very near to Cherwell drive, an area that has a mixture of students, young professionals, and family homes. It's a 3-minute walk to the nearest Cooperative shop and a 10-15 minute bike ride to the center of town. 10-minute walk to John Radcliffe Hospital. There are also regular nearby bus services (X3/X13/13/14/14A/700/S5/S7) Easy access to A34 and A40.

The remaining housemates are a friendly, relaxed European bunch. Everyone is happy to chat over food/go to the pub/watch a movie together, but also has their own lives outside of the house so don't live in each other's pockets.

We're looking for either working professionals or postgraduate students preferably (No couples or pets, sorry. But you are more than welcome to have guests in, even if they are staying for the night). There's no smoking allowed in the house, but you can always smoke in the garden.

The rent is £495 a month, which includes council tax, very fast internet and in general, bills of water, electricity, and gas.
