Double room available from 16/03.

I am leaving soon and my spacious double room will be available staring from mid-March. The room is fully furnished (double bed, drawer, wardrobe and a desk with a chair) and is at the second floor of a semidetached house with a small garden and parking space! The house is located at Oswestry road (OX14TL), really close to a TESCO Express, to the bus stop and 20 minutes walking from city centre.
You would be sharing the house with other 4 lovely professionals (with 1 couple sharing an en-suite). The house has then an additional bathroom with shower (1st floor) and a service toilette at the ground floor. As you see from the pictures the house has large living room and kitchen.
The room is £525 plus bills, students are welcome if the agree to pay the council tax.
