Large double room with ensuite

Large double bedroom with ensuite shower-room available in a semi-detached house. Comes unfurnished except for a built-in desk, but there may be an opportunity to buy some extra furniture from me. The room is tucked away in a ground floor extension off the conservatory (the other bedrooms are on the first floor) so it’s really nice if you like peace and quiet, or playing loud music! The ensuite also has its own boiler so you never need to worry about running out of hot water. The spacious kitchen is shared with the other two housemates, and includes all the amenities (fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, stove, oven). There is also a decent-sized back garden, shared living room, and a (very tiny) fourth bedroom upstairs which is occasionally used for guests. The neighbourhood is very friendly and quiet, and the house is within easy access to the A420 and bus stops.

The current housemates are two professional males, James and David. They are very friendly, considerate, relaxed and always clean and tidy. They are ideally hoping for a professional in a similar age range (25-29).

Rent is £485 per month. Bills are not included in the rent, but currently come to a total of £105 per month, per person. The deposit is £559.61 and the property is managed by a letting agent (Thomas Merrifield). The room will be available 1st April.
