Single Room near city centre in great location

Iffley Fields is a quiet residential area close to the city centre. I let two rooms in my home. The accommodation would ideally suit visitors to Oxford e. g. visiting graduates or academics/professionals. The house is not suitable for someone who wants to work or study from home.

The room is available from Saturday 28th March.. The cost is £900 per month. The deposit is £100. There are no extra charges.

There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms in the house. Although I don’t offer en-suite it does mean that most of the time lodgers have their own bathroom. If I have visitors then they have to share a bathroom. Bedding and towels are provided. Guests have the use of a well-equipped kitchen and it includes a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a good wireless internet connection and a small pleasant garden.

The room has a small double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. It overlooks the garden at the back of the house and is very quiet.

There is lovely wooded green space behind the house and you can walk along the River Thames into town. Also the University Sports Centre is close by.

The house is only a 20 minute walk to the city centre and 10 minutes walk to supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars on Cowley Road. There is a bus stop close by with a regular bus service into town. Also a coach stop at St Clements, which is a 15 minute walk. There is a regular service to London, Heathrow and Gatwick.
