Kitchen is complete with all amenities, including microwave and coffee machine!

The flat itself is part of a gated complex, situated 1 minute from the river, 5 minutes walk from the Westgate and around 10 minutes walk from the town centre and the train station. The complex itself is quiet and includes a key-coded bike shed.

I am a 24 year old female professional looking for a housemate to move in around the end of August. The rent is £662.50/month, with bills, council tax and broadband included, coming to around £120/month.
