Spacious Double Room near Oxford Centre w/parking

Hey,

I'm Nick! My current flatmate is moving at the end of our tenancy, so i'm looking for someone to take over the room from the end of June.

The room is very spacious and comes furnished with a double bed and ample storage space. The flat itself is also very light and airy with a decent-sized kitchen, a generous living room that we've optimised for home working during the pandemic and a seperate toilet and bathroom. There are communal gardens and a Juliet balcony, as well as 2 parking permits and a space in a garage included.

The flat is located next to South Park and Headington Hill Park, and you can easily walk to the centre of Oxford in about 15 minutes - the Churchill and JR hospitals are also both close by. The tenancy is due for renewal in June next year but the landlords would be ahappy to extend that to a year long contract, so there's quite a bit of flexibility on time.

A little bit about me - I'm a professional in the biotech industry in my mid-twenties and I enjoy sometimes socialising with my housemates while giving each other space to have our own lives.

I've got a pretty vaired range of interests (including gardening, movies, trips to museums/galleries, nights out, gaming, reading, activisim, socialising etc) and I'd like to live with someone who would enjoy the occaisonal trip to the pub or watching a movie together.
