Description

Due to coronavirus, I am leaving Oxford sooner than expected, and I am looking for someone to take up my contract from mid-November (entry date flexible). The contract finishes at the end of July 2021, with possibility to renew it.

NB: student only, due to council tax reasons; £615 deposit (kept in a security protected scheme)

The room is ideally located in a beautiful semi-detached house on Cowley Road, close to the Plain and only 10 mins on foot (less than 5 by bike) from the city centre. It is close to two local Sainsbury's and a Tesco Metro, as well as to all the great restaurants, pubs and shops on Cowley Road.

The house is composed by kitchen, bathroom (with an amazing shower), living room and dining room, + the rooms of the three lovely DPhil students you would be sharing the house with. The atmosphere is the house is really friendly and relaxed!

There is also a beautiful garden!
