I am moving out of my room, a large double bedroom in a furnished 3-person house on Wytham Street, off Abingdon Road.

The room is very spacious, with a large built-in cupboard and bay window. The house also has a large kitchen/dining room opening onto a good-sized garden and a cosy living room.

Sharing with a male PHD student (25) and another housemate who you will potentially be able to help choose, since two of us are in the process of moving out.

• Bike shed (about to be replaced by landlord).

The room includes a bed with mattress, desk and wardrobe. A chair and nightstand can be arranged if needed.

Available from March or April (quite a lot of flexibility).

Bills: Currently £124 per month (rent+bills: £648)
