I am leaving this excellent room in college-owned accommodation at 19.14£ per day + utilities (less than 600£ per month in total, negotiable). Immediately available. I am looking for a substitute, and the contract ends on 3rd July 2021, potentially renewable until September. For students (UG, masters and DPhil PG, visiting, …) only. Online viewing possible. I am looking for a replacement as I am moving out.

The single room is located in the beautiful Jesus College Recreation grounds (Herbert Close, OX4 2FB), in Cowley Road area. Less than 10-min by bike from city centre and very close to Old Road Campus, too.
The room is part of a 4-bedroom 2-floor flat, with 2 bathrooms, 2 storage rooms, 1 entrance hall, 1 open space kitchen and living room overlooking the pitches.
The furniture of the room is new and in good conditions and includes 1 single bed (the room can fit a double bed, though, and college might provide one if requested), a large built-in closet, a wardrobe, a desk, bedside table, 2 lamps, 2 bookcases, 2 chairs (one is a desk chair), a table, a notice board. WiFi included.
The flat is extremely clean and the other tenants (2 DPhil students with whom I have been living for 3 years, and 1 master student) are exquisite flatmates, beside being personal friends. They are nice, sociable and reasonable people and keen on keeping the house tidy.
College deals with maintenance of any piece of furniture (even broken light bulbs) in 1 working day usually. The flat is part of the Hugh Price House complex, surrounded by the sport-fields of the college (3 pitches and 1 tennis court) and well-kept gardens with flowerbeds and benches. It is great for sportive people. Also, it includes multiple bike sheds, communal BBQ grill, laundry sites, and a large building with glass windows overlooking the pitches (the Pavilion) for large-scale events (hopefully soon available again).
The whole sites is just few minutes away from major shops on Cowley Road (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Coop, Majestic Wines, butchers, ….).
