The South-East facing room is pleasantly decorated featuring original Victorian fireplace, and offered with a single bed, double wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside table, desk and chair.
Share with female proprietor. Bright open-plan kitchen equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster, gas hob, electric over, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a sociable seating area with French doors leading to the South-East facing garden. Laundry with washing machine. Very quiet and spacious.
Seeking a graduate student or a post doc. Rent £250pw includes heating, electricity, hot water and broadband internet. (Excluded council tax Band E). Access to lounge with wood-burning stove by invitation only.
The area is very close to Cowley Road, with its numerous shops, pubs and restaurants, and Iffley Road leading to the river with beautiful pubs and walks on the doorstep. 10 minutes’ walk into city centre. Plenty of buses.
