Double room in lovely house on Iffley road

I am moving out for a job abroad, and so we have a small double room available in our lovely house on the Iffley road.

About the room and the house:
It's a lovely place with wooden floors, decent size rooms, a large garden at the back (with a vegetable patch too), two parking spaces at the front and a garage for bike storage.

Close to green spaces like the Kidneys, Florence Park and the river Thames. It's opposite the bus stop into town, or just a 10 minute cycle down the Iffley road. Nice neighbourhood with plenty of pubs, bars and restaurants nearby.

The bedroom is furnished, with a double bed, a desk, and good storage facilities and it's looking out onto our lovely garden.

We share a large living room and large kitchen with decent amenities (incl. washing machine, two fridges and a freezer and plenty of cupboard space). The bathroom has a bath-shower and toilet, with a second toilet downstairs.

The rent on the room itself is £450pcm. Bills are £140pcm per person. This inculdes council tax, gas, electricity and internet which we split evenly. Bills might be lower over the summer.

About the household
Three professionals working in or around Oxford at a publishing compony, Oxford University laboratories, and an IT company. Currently, two work from home full time.

We are a quiet and friendly household.
