Been living in the flat since October 2020 with a friend who is moving back home.
We love the flat, great price for city centre, furnished and two bathrooms (so one each). Great location by the river so despite no garden its close to outdoor spaces.
As a flatmate I am clean and tidy, enjoy socialising and know Oxford well for anyone new to the city. Also I am a professional working in a school, DBS certified.
P. s. there was not an option to mark partially furnished, which the flat is (there would not be a mattress initially, just the bed frame) all other furniture is staying.
Total rent each month (with bills and council tax) is approximately £750.
