Beautiful double room in Oxford

Hi everyone! Here is a little bit more information about room and house:

The Room:
A cosy, furnished double room with garden views. The room on the first floor has a comfy double bed, bedside drawers, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bookshelf and shoe rack. It is at the back of the house so very quiet and with views out over the garden.
The rent is £470 month + around £130 on top for bills (gas/electricity, water, council tax, TV licence and internet). The deposit is 575GBP and is kept under a secured deposit scheme. Because of council tax reasons, professionals are preferred but we are happy to consider mature post-grads willing to contribute as well.

Housemates:
You will be sharing the house with three young professionals. The vibe in the house is a friendly one with chats in the living room at the end of the day or whilst cooking dinner a regular occurrence! There is a weekly cleaning rota and we like to keep the place tidy.

The House:
The main space is a combined kitchen and living room area complete with sofas, TV, dining table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. We each have a shelf in the fridge and freezer and a cupboard for storing food. There are two shared bathrooms on the ground floor, one with toilet, basin and shower, the other with toilet and basin. There is bike parking space in front of the house and garden with drying racks behind.

Location:
New Hinksey is a safe and quiet area of Oxford popular with young families. It is perfectly located for accessing the centre of Oxford (15 minute walk/5 minute cycle) and a 10 minute cycle from the train station. There is also a bus stop at the end of the road (2 minute walk) with regular services to Abingdon, Didcot, Milton Park and Oxford town centre etc. The house is also within 10 minutes walk of 4 different pubs!

In terms of local shops there is a Tesco Metro (5 minute walk), a big Sainsburys (10 minute cycle), and an Aldi, Home Bargains and Waitrose (15 minute cycle). Every Sunday morning there is a Farmers' Market at the local village hall selling fruit, veg, bread, cheese, meat etc from local producers.

Oxford is a city surrounded by countryside. Grandpont Nature reserve, footpaths to the river and surrounding countryside for walks and runs are just a short walk away. Hinksey Lake, a beautiful spot popular with wild swimmers, the outdoor heated swimming pool and tennis court are also only a 3 minute walk from the door.
