Ensuite double bedroom, near station, river access

Available for let from 1st August is a large double room in the centre of Oxford backing onto the river and a 3 min walk to the station. Already here are 4 housemates: librarian, mature student, recent graduate and teacher respectively. We all keep odd hours and regularly have people in and out so would fit someone who doesn't mind a fair bit of activity.

3min walk to the train station - perfect for the occasional commute (~55mins into Paddington)

4min walk to Sainsburys

10min walk into Jericho along the canal for all the trendy pubs and bars

11min walk to Broad Street/central Oxford

11min walk to Westgate Shopping Centre

Room is on the river side/facing away from the tracks so is quiet despite it's proximity to the station. Terrace backs onto the river and I have a little boat we use to row up to the pub, as well as a pair of kayaks and paddle boards.

House is spread over three floors, with a large living room, kitchen with fridge freezer and dishwasher and four bedrooms, two en suites.

On top of the rent are utility bills coming in at ~£80pcm, council tax ~£80. Please note that students will also be required to contribute to council tax payments.

Very relaxed bunch, happy to do eg. communal meals but also respectful of everyone's privacy. Guests/parties welcome, I want to stress without sounding cliché that I'm basically a housemate that you can ask to fix things.
