Ensuite double bedroom, near station, river access

Available for an immediate short-term let while we wait for our last housemate to join us in December is a room in a four bedroom houseshare in central Oxford. It's a lovely double ensuite bedroom in a fantastic location:

3min walk to the train station - perfect for the occasional commute (~55mins into Paddington)

4min walk to Sainsburys

10min walk into Jericho along the canal for all the trendy pubs and bars

11min walk to Broad Street/central Oxford

11min walk to Westgate Shopping Centre

Room is on the river side/facing away from the tracks so is quiet despite it's proximity to the station. Terrace backs onto the river and I have a little boat anyone's welcome to borrow to row up to the pub.

Existing roommates are myself, my wife and a masters law student. We have another housemate planning to join in December but there can be a small amount of overlap as we are keeping the spare bedroom free. Very relaxed bunch, happy to do eg. communal meals but also respectful of everyone's privacy. Guests/parties welcome, I want to stress without sounding cliché that I'm basically a housemate that you can ask to fix things.
