The room is available from 10 January for up to 3 months. It's a large light room in quiet well-maintained centrally-heated owner-occupied house just off the Iffley Road and close to the ST1 and No.3 bus stop. It’s 15 minutes’ walk to city centre and 5 minutes to Cowley Road shops and amenities. There is shared use of the facilities in the kitchen/diner, utility room and garden; and there’s space for a bicycle in the front garden. Bathroom is shared with 1 other, and there’s an extra downstairs toilet. The house is close to the University gym and pool, to lovely walks by the river and to local eateries. The room is fully furnished, and bed linen and towels can be provided. Will only be suitable for single occupancy by quiet non-smoking post-graduate / professional - Monday to Friday also considered. Not suitable for working from home full-time.
