Cosy Single Room In Spacious Flat

Hello!

Our two storey flat is in a great location on Cowley road, close to shops, pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. The centre of Oxford is an easy 20 minute walk away, and South Park is just up the road.
The rooms are fully furnished but there might be space for you to bring a few bits of your own. We have a large living room and separate kitchen / dining room, one full bathroom and a downstairs loo.
There is also a small balcony, bike storage in a locked courtyard at the back of the building and one parking space available.

Current housemates are a mix of postgraduate students and professionals. We’re a friendly bunch but also respectful of each other’s space. Looking for a like-minded housemate who is up for the occasional pub trip or movie night but also willing to muck in with the cleaning.

The rent includes all bills and the deposit is one month’s rent.
We have a private landlord who is friendly and responsive and there are no agency fees.
