Hi there,

Sadly one of our tenants is leaving to pursue work outside of Oxford. We are therefore looking to replace them with similarly friendly and tidy person.

Room 2 (downstairs) is available August 1st. This room has windows on two sides allowing for great light with one facing the garden allowing open windows and security. It has a double bed, a desk and desk chair.

Parking is available with permit and space for bikes in the patio garden with rear access for easy bike storage.


The room includes a desk and high-speed Virgin fibre optic internet (300mbps but realistically around 100 on wifi). Perfect for working from home. Mesh wifi has also been installed to ensure great connection all over the property.

Fixed-rate bills £60 a month, including council tax, tv license, high-speed wifi, water, gas, electric, cleaner etc.

This is effectively bills included property totalling £780pcm

There is also a cleaner that comes every other week included in the cost

The property itself is OX1 and is located a 15-minute stroll to the city centre with excellent bus routes all over. Its located on a quiet road with street parking outside and free parking around the corner. Additionally, 2 minutes from the property is the lovely Hinksey lake and Hinksey heated outdoor pool. Additionally, a local market takes place every weekend 2 minutes away.

The current residents are a friendly bunch of young professionals looking for similar housemates. Everyone has their own cupboard, fridge and freezer space. Other than the shared kitchen with all of the usual appliances, there is also a large living room with sofas and a TV for the house to share.
