The house is located on a quiet street in New Hinksey with a short walk to a lovely lake, a park holding weekend food markets, an outdoor heated swimming pool, the river and a 10-minute walk into town. The room comes with a single bed but previous tenants have brought their double beds which fit as per the image. The room also comes with a clothes rail, cabinet and desk, and looks over the patio garden and tall trees and lets in a lot of light.

The rent is £800 per month excluding bills which will be calculated at the end of the month.
