Room was redecorated, has NEW MATTRESS and bed with extra storage. I’m looking for someone clean / tidy. The house is very quite and we are in a beautiful and safe residential area, 3min away from bus stops and Aldi (supermarket)

I am a living-in landlord so the people living here with me are basically all very professional and committed with work/research we all need to study some how during the week due the type of work which we do, but we are social as well and time to time we have great chats in the kitchen

Walking distance:
3 minutes from Bus stops (usually bus every 10 min), Pub, Coffee shop, Supermarket, Gym, Take away food

Cycling distance:
Churchill Hospital - 6 minutes
University of Oxford, Old Road Campus - 7 minutes
Headington Shops - 10 minutes
John Radcliffe Hospital (JR) - 15 minutes
City Centre - 15 minutes

Your Room:
Has a Double Bed with storage under ottoman, the bed is new and mattress as well, 2 doors build-in wardrobe, 2 drawer, a bed side, lamp, desk, chair, also the door has key

Kitchen:
You will have a unit to store your food and a shelf in the fridge

Dishwasher, Washing machine, Microwave, Gas Cooker, Oven, fridge, whites... Important we have allergy of curry and some seafood, so you won’t be able to have those in the house

Important, no cooking curry, sea food, deep fry, or other strong smell food.

Garden:
We have a nice garden surrounded by fence / walls, beside there is a gate where you can walk in with your bicycle and lock it safely

Rent:
Can be paid weekly or monthly (preference), price includes all bills

Deposit: 5 weeks
