Double bedroom near Central Oxford

We are looking for a friendly housemate for a lovely double room, in a quiet estate just 10 minutes walk from Central Oxford. There is a bus stop a 3 minute walk away servicing Oxford, Abingdon, Reading and Didcot.

Would suit a young professional who enjoys a quiet, clean space and a glass of wine or two with a takeaway. We are both working professionals, who work from home sometimes. Bills all are usually approx. £160 a month, incl Gas, Electricity, Internet, Water, and Council Tax.

The room is a cosey double with a shared bathroom with one other housemate. We have a lovely garden, where we enjoy BBQ's together during warmer weather. The bed comes with the room, and the current housemate is looking to sell the rest of the furniture at a good price :)
