We are looking for a friendly housemate for a lovely double room, in a quiet estate just 10 minutes walk from Central Oxford. There is a bus stop a 3 minute walk away servicing Abingdon, Reading and Didcot.

Would suit a young professional who enjoys a quiet, clean space and a friendly environment. We are both working professionals, and one of us works from home sometimes. Bills all are usually approx. £170 a month, incl Gas, Electricity, Internet, Water, and Council Tax.

The room is a cosy double with a shared bathroom with one other housemate. We also have a lovely garden and a parking space.
