King room available - off Holloway, near the slade

I am a 39 year old professional female who works from home and has a little Chihuahua called Max.

Predominantly, I am looking for someone who loves dogs and is happy to live with a dog. Max is my little fur baby and will eventually (takes a few days) become your little snuggle bunny. He's not a yappy chi, (unless DPD or the postman arrive) and has a lot of "big dog" energy. I try to walk him twice per day to keep him stimulated, plus he has a couple of great dog walkers / sitters he visits if I'm away. I want to live with someone that I can trust to look after him like I do.

Please note, when you come to visit he will bark at first but ignoring him for a few minutes does the trick.

The flat is a very light and spacious 2 bedroom flat with a balcony. There is also a communal garden. You will have access to all of the flat - your bedroom, the kitchen, lounge and bathroom but as I work from home, the living room and kitchen are where I mostly work from - these rooms will be out of use when I'm using them.

The desk is now in the room I'm offering and the wardrobe has been moved out into the lounge - I will rectify the storage options / remove the desk etc. Discussions can be had re furniture.


Other things to note:

Ideally, I would like someone that doesn't work from home so I can have space to work.

Bills - are expensive in oxford! I've amended the advert to say some will be included and some will not. I like the place clean and tidy. I currently have a cleaner which will be an additional charge. Utilities will be on top but I will include all others in the rent. My council tax band is C (i think), which is £229 per month.

I have put the 1st October as the date available but I might be able to be flexible if needed.

I'm not adverse to smoking, I have the odd one here and there on a social basis. This would have to be outside and (hopefully) not regularly.

Unfortunately, I can't accommodate couples as it's not big enough for 3 people.

The close has visitor parking spaces available, plus we have road parking after 5pm until 9am the next day.

Ideally, looking for a female housemate but I am open minded if I feel you are the right person.
