Double room in quiet Family home

1st floor double room and your own modern bathroom in a large family house. Large garden and terrace which you are welcome to use. All bills, including Council Tax band D are included. There's a washing machine, diswasher, broadband, a shared fully equiped kitchen, dining and lounge and your own fridge and cupboard included in the kitchen.

We have a small dojo (5m x 3m) which we use for Yoga, Karate, Dance and general fitness. You are welcome to use it.
The house and your bathroom are cleaned once per week. by an incoming cleaner Central heating provides instant hot water 24/7 and you have your own entrance into shared house.

We're on the south of Oxford, about 1 mile from the centre with excellent buses and cycle routes, small supermarkets and parks.

We are an older professional couple , a daughter and a cat. We like to travel a lot. We would not welcome parties or noisy gatherings though occasional visitors are welcome.
