There are local amenities and shops which are easily accessible. The property does have available parking and access to the garden.

Ideally seeking a professional female who aged between 25-55 preferably but would consider other ages. The person must be a pet lover as there are two cats in the property.

Would consider someone who only needed accommodation from Monday to Friday. The room is for single occupancy only so couples would not be considered unfortunately.

There would be a requirement of a minimum stay of 3 months, a deposit of £550, and a reference from the previous landlord (if applicable).
