Everything you see in the pictures comes with the room apart from the mirror, bedside lamp, plants and decorations. So it includes a desk, ergonomic chair, wardrobe, shelves, sofa, bedside table. It gets lots of light with the large windows, and it has high ceilings.

The house is 7 bedrooms but there are two kitchens - yours would be the one pictured, it looks onto the garden and is shared with 3 other people. There is a microwave, oven and two washing up machines.

The other housemates are friendly young professionals, mostly working in media/events. The house vibe is calm, less of a party house, more of a gardening/arts and crafts/reading sort of house. Sometimes housemates will eat, watch a film or garden/sit in the garden together, but everyone respects eachother's space and need for alone time. No students please.

There are two toilets, two showers (one of the bathrooms has both, then there's a single toilet and single shower room).

The flat is a 25 minute walk to the train station, 10 minute walk from the centre, 5 minutes walk to Hinksey lake (a beautiful wild swimming spot!). There is a corner shop next door and a Tesco 7 mins walk away. A great pub (Whitehouse Tap Social) is 4 mins walk away.

The rent mentioned covers almost all bills (includes council tax, internet, etc), there is sometimes around £30/mont extra to pay for water and gas.
