🏠THE PROPERTY

The property is a Mid-terrace house - small but cosy with three bedrooms. This lovely house has a separate kitchen and a good-sized sitting room. There is a full bathroom and separate W/C to share with only 3 other friendly and professional housemates.
Parking is not available, but only 30-50 yards have street parking, which requires a parking permit in the SE zone.

🛌THE ROOM

The room size is perfect for space lovers. The room comes with the furniture you need - wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a bedside table. Of course, it is furnished with a nice, warm double bed. With its window, you'll get to enjoy healthy sunlight.

Twist in this Room offer, it has an additional bedroom that can be a dressing room or home office. This is not shared with the other tenants! So your own space away from the bedroom.

💰 RENT and DEPOSIT
The monthly rent for the double room is £1250 PCM.

The deposit is only 1 month's rent, which shall be protected under a government-approved scheme.

To reserve the room, you will only be asked to pay an initial holding deposit of £150, which will be credited as either part of the first month's rent or the security deposit.
