Lovely, large double room

Lovely, large double room with bay window, looking out on to to the front garden and roof tops. It has a double bed with Simba mattress and a sofa. The kitchen is shared and the lodger has there own fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom is shared. There is no shared living room. Our lodger is welcome to hang out in and enjoy the lovely front garden (see pic).

Our house is 15 minutes cycle ride to the centre of Oxford (Google maps). There is bike storage space in the garage. We are minutes to bus routes to the station and 2 minute's walk from shops, cafes and amenities. There is on street parking and easy access to the ring road.

Would suit postgraduate student or professional. £800 pcm with all bills included, energy, water, broadband and TV licence etc (plus £65 council tax for non-students).
