Self contained loft room Monday to Friday

I have a large, recently renovated, quiet attic room with a double bed, kitchenette and lovely views from the back window. There is a separate bathroom with bath and shower for your sole use. You will have use of a washing machine (in the downstairs utility room) and also of the private back garden in the spring and summer. There is a bike shed at the front. It is a safe area, just north of Summertown shops, with regular buses into Oxford on the Banbury Road and trains to London from Parkway station about 1 mile away. Non smoker please and a tidy person will be much appreciated. The let is initially for 6 months or so but can be extended if everything is working out. It is a quiet house and a friendly neighbourhood. The flat is available weekdays only, Monday-Friday. Thank you
