Double room for single occupancy in friendly owner-occupied house, available from mid-September. Would suit postgrad / researcher / intern who is occupied at university / work during day. House is large, well maintained and quiet. Kitchen/dining area is well equipped. Utility room has washing-machine and drying area. Garden is also for shared use. Bathroom on first floor is shared with one other. Additional toilet downstairs. The house is located close to the city centre, bus stops, the Cowley Road amenities, the University gym and to green spaces and lovely walks by the river. All bills plus weekly cleaning are included.
Short lets (1-3 months) preferred.
