Beautiful Room W Lots Of Natural Light

Big furnished, double room on first floor in newly refurbished Victorian terrace.

You will have the middle floor and almost sole use of a large bathroom. I have another lodger on the top floor. I live nearby with my girlfriend. So basically it’s a three-bedroomed house with two occupants (when I find the right person to move in)

Downstairs there's a large lounge and a separate kitchen/diner/lounge. And a secluded courtyard garden with table and chairs that gets the sun in the afternoon. The house is well insulated and warm in the winter!

Location is awesome. It's super vibrant around here. And right next to some amazing restaurants, cafes and bars plus an independent cinema and only two minutes from South Park. But it's still quiet at night.

The most important thing for me is having compatible lifestyles and values. Current lodger is a female, archeology post-grad. She’s pretty quiet and finishes fairly early on weekday evenings. Would prefer a vegetarian. And clean. Definitely no smokers. And it’s a nice house so I really want somebody that’s going to look after it.
