🏠THE PROPERTY

This lovely house has a separate kitchen and sitting room along with a full bathroom and a separate WC to share with only 2 other friendly young professional housemates.

**Parking is not available but only 30-50 yards have street parking which requires a parking permit zone SE.

📍 THE LOCATION

This is the perfect location right on Abingdon Road, the main route into and out of the city. Imagine yourself walking into the city along the Thames Path which is just across the road from the house.

🛌THE ROOM

Double Room furnished with: Wardrobe, Double Bed, Chest of Drawers, Bedside Table, Large Desk

💰 RENT and DEPOSIT

The deposit is only £600 and shall be protected under a government-approved scheme.

To reserve the room, you will only be asked to pay an initial holding deposit of £150 which will be credited as either part of the first month's rent or the security deposit.

Short Term 3 months or less there is an additional £50 per month
