**Parking is not available, but only 30-50 yards have street parking, which requires a parking permit zone SE.

💰 RENT and DEPOSIT

The deposit is only £875 and shall be protected under a government-approved scheme.

To reserve the room, you will only be asked to pay an initial holding deposit of £150, which will be credited as either part of the first month's rent or the security deposit.
