Hiya. I have a room available in my house on the river in central oxford. Happy to rent on a yearly basis or for shorter lengths of time.

What you get: a bedroom with double bed, a second room of your own to act as a personal study/whatever you prefer, and a private personal bathroom. Also included is access to a shared kitchen, living room, a loft, a garage storage area and a small river-side garden.

Location: OX1, by folly bridge on the river. ~10 minute walk from the city center. There is a lovely cafe ~1min from the house, a tescos 5 mins away and the westgate is a 5 minute walk away.
Rent: £950 per month, not including utilities.

About me: I am a 32 year old ecologist and former oxford PhD student. I like cooking, board games, books and walks in nature. I’m vegetarian but not fussed if you want to cook meat. I work from home two days each week and I’m fairly social. My big ambition at the moment is to hike the Santiago de Camino trail in Spain this autumn. I’ll be storing some kayaks in the garage and I’d be keen to do some weekend trips up and down the river in the summer!
