Cosy double room in East OX house share

We are  looking for two professionals to join our house from August 2024 until July 2025 🏡

On most evenings, you will discover a mix of us spending time in the living room watching TV, playing a game, or just chatting away. We like to have house dinners together and also try to do the occasional BBQ over the summer months in our lovely garden. We are also recognising that personal space is equally important.

The room is fully furnished on the first floor with a double bed, open wardrobe, shelving, a chest of drawers, and a bedside table.

The house has a spacious living room, a kitchen, a dining area, two bathrooms, and a garden. There is also plenty of storage space in the rest of the house if you need more space. If you’re working from home, there is room for a desk in the dining area. We also have a cleaner for communal spaces.

The house is conveniently located a 20-minute walk from the city centre and within 5 minutes of Cowley Road's restaurants and shops. There is also a nature reserve just around the corner! Parking with a permit is available.

📅You would be taking on a joint contract with the rest of us from mid August 2024 until July 2025. 
💰The rent is £695/month plus approx. £100/month in bills. The tenancy is managed by College and County, who have been great at sorting out any issues with the house.
